Download videos from YouTube and other similar webs.
It is likely that on more than one occasion you would have liked to download a video from one of the video hosting sites, like
YouTube,
Google Video,
DailyMotion or similar.
On this type of sites the videos are embedded in Flash using the
FLV format, making it impossible for the browser to detect the download URL by itself.
To do so we need an application like
VDownloader, a good
download manager for this type of videos.
All we have to do is indicate the
URL of the video that we want to download and
VDownloader will
start to download it.
The application includes its
own browser so we can browse through Internet in search of videos that we want to download onto our computer.
Moreover, it includes the option to
transcode all the videos to the format that we choose.
The
output formats are AVI, MPEG and 3GP. There are also other formats that are directly related to the type of
devices that we want to view the video on (PSP, iPod, iPhone...), so that we can see our downloaded videos on our chosen portable device.
With
VDownloader you will be able to download all the videos from YouTube.
